I don’t have much experience when it comes to buying or choosing home insurance because of the fact that this was mine and my Fiancé first this buying a home. Now with that said we were very glad we had gotten our hands on an agent that works for Dorsal Insurance. Ms. Hernandez is an agent that took us under her wings just as we were one of her own. Now GOOGLE.COM let me tell you something. This whole home owning process has not been easy for my Fiancé and I. We probably have had the worst luck, trials, twists, fall-downs, hair pulling, emotional, up and down roller coasters in the world during this whole process but we for sure can tell you, Ms. Hernandez had no part in that. In fact our agent Ms. Hernandez was the complete opposite. She not only answered my phone calls each and every time I called. She answered even when she was at the grocery store, doctors appointment, making dinner, feeding her pets, eating lunch, baking a cake, pushing away zombies, doing cartwheels, jogging , and possibly even saving the world, this women was right there with a drop of a hat!!! And if there was a missed call (which only happened once) I barely blinked and she called me right back. She was/is always so positive and really knew how, I guess I can say, to be somewhat of a Therapist. She knew a good bit about the issues that kept coming my way and boy did she know how to uplift my spirits and reinsure me that everything will work out. We thank you Ms. Hernandez for your trust in us as we do in you and look forward to our future years with you and Dorsal Insurance inc.

Josefa’s and Dorsal Insurance have helped me immensely. With homeowners insurance premiums being outrageously expensive in South Florida and the fact that there is only a few companies even writing policies in South Florida…Josefa and Dorsal went above and beyond to find me insurance coverage for my home that was the best option in this unsustainable insurance market. Her customer service shows she really understands and cares about her customers and the difficulties that we are going through here in the South Florida insurance market.
